The Role

IGEL’s technical and creative heart beats in the IPG business unit. Here, departments such as Product Management, Software Development and Technical Documentation work hand in hand to create the next generation of our software products.

Product Management is the place where ideas are born that shape IGEL’s future – at the same time, it holds the reins when it comes to implementation and faces customer solutions realistically and pragmatically.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the expansion and alignment of our management software portfolio
  • Conduct customer meetings where you gather requirements and collect feedback
  • Develop relationships with technology partners
  • Collaborate with technology partners to deliver end-to-end solutions

Qualifications

  • Understand how enterprise IT works and have a degree or comparable education with at least 6 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of software development and Linux will be essential to help you to cooperate with the development team
  • Proven ability to grasp complex contexts, to work out contents independently and to present them to different stakeholders
  • Familiar with virtualization, DaaS, SaaS and requirements management
  • Familiar with the operation of services in the cloud
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills is a requirement for this role
  • Enjoy working together with your colleagues and celebrating successes as a team
