Corporate Culture

Visions create a corporate culture and contribute to increased productivity, innovation and sustained success. This is the spirit of our company documented in our Mission Statement and Guidelines. Both lead to a corporate culture as a system of ideals, behaviour models and guides for thinking and acting.

    
Mission Statement

IGEL Technology is a leading international company in the IT hardware market for server-based computing. Consistent customer satisfaction is the guarantee for our continued growth and the medium-term achievement of market leadership. This success is due to the close working relationship of our customers and employees. Together we develop and market thin client solutions that constantly excel and give our customers significant competitive advantage. Guidelines

Society and Environment

Environmental protection affects every area of our financial actions, the development and production of our products, our workflows and, last but not least, our company's social responsibility. Energy saving is a precautionary form of environmental protection, and we ensure that we consistently keep our demands on the environment as low as possible with the operation of our corporate fields of activity. We believe our task here is to create high-grade, quality products – safely, cost-effectively and environmentally friendly.

We ensure we select environmentally friendly procedures with procurement and production, over the product's service life, and on through to the recycling and disposal of our products. Our objective is to prevent and reduce environmental pollution to an absolute minimum – even more than legally required – with a continuous improvement process. As a rule of thumb we avoid residual materials, however if this is unavoidable, they are reused as much as possible as recyclable resources.

Compliance with the respective legislator's environmental protection laws and our environmental policy is a matter of course for all of our employees. Our quality and environment management ensures that our environmental policy is effectively implemented. The technical and organizational procedures required in this respect are reviewed and enhanced regularly.

One of our management's special tasks is to create the conditions to ensure that personal safety and environmental protection are observed everywhere throughout the company. Transparency and open internal and external communication make it easier for our company to address the environmental awareness and understanding of both our employees and our customers and suppliers, and to also promote the social acceptance of our products.
