Nicolas HelmsManaging Director and Partner
Mr.
Helms is one of the three Managing Partners within the Melchers-group
of companies which is the parent company of IGEL Technology GmbH. From
Bremen, Germany, Mr. Helms is highly experienced in international trade
and has lived in 6 countries on 4 continents. In 1994 he was made
Director of Melchers Hong Kong and in 2000 Managing Director of C.
Melchers GmbH & Co. KG. It was in this capacity that he has
established as a founding Managing Director IGEL Technology GmbH when
it became a daughter company of Melchers in 2001. He holds a Bachelor
of Business Administration from Zurich/Switzerland and an MBA from the
Boston University, USA.

Heiko GlogeManaging Director and Partner
Mr. Gloge
is a pillar of the international thin client community. After starting
with Melchers in 1988, he was made General Manager of their NetCom
division, which in 2001 became the independent daughter company, IGEL
Technology GmbH. He was one of the founders of the European Thin Client
Forum in 2002 and currently is Chairman of the “Thin Client &
Server Based Computing” group in Germany’s highly influential IT
industry association, BITKOM. A native of North Germany, Mr. Gloge
originally studied Computing at different institutions.

Erhard BehnkeDirector Sales
Mr. Behnke is an
experienced international sales leader with a proven track record in
channel and key account sales in the server-based computing and thin
clients market. Since 1984, he has gained a wealth of IT sales
experience and prior to joining IGEL was Manager Brand Marketing EMEA
at Novell where he successfully developed a strong channel through the
introduction of joint technology products that addressed customer and
market needs. A German based international system house benefited from
his skills for over 10 years as he managed and was operationally
responsible implementing technical training facilities and consulting
services within the Microsoft authorized and Citrix Authorized markets.
Mr. Behnke holds degrees in electro-technique, computer science and
information technology from University of Bremen, Germany.

Dirk Dördelmann Director Augsburg Branch, Product/R&D Management
Mr. Doerdelmann is
one of the industry’s most highly qualified engineering managers with
more than 15 years practical experience in server-based computing and
development of both thin clients and terminals. He joined IGEL GmbH in
1991 taking responsibility for the technical department from service to
support. Then for a period of 3 years he joined OBO Bettermann GmbH to
gain additional project management experience in the electrical
industry. In 2001 he returned to IGEL to set-up, structure, organize
and manage IGEL’s world class German engineering teams for product
management, R & D, and quality assurance in the Augsburg branch
office. Mr. Doerdelmann has professional qualifications in both
electro-technique and in commerce.

Dr. Frank LampeMarketing Director
Mr Lampe began working for IGEL in 2004, following a career in advertising. He was IGEL’s marketing manager in EMEA before taking the role of Marketing Director. Dr. Lampe has worked in the Thin Client industry for more than 5 years and has more than 9-years experience in the IT and online technology sector. During this time, Dr Lampe has been responsible for various Thin Client and desktop computing technology studies realized with different technology research institutes. He is also the author of several books on Thin Clients, Virtualization and Green IT. He has a PHD in International Management Studies.

Andreas SchönduveDirector Finance & Controlling
Mr Schönduve joined IGEL in 2006. By introducing permanent, long-view cost control systems, implementing dynamic cash management and increasing overall efficiency, he has dramatically improved the Finance, Administration and Control department. In doing so, he has made it possible for IGEL’s top management to make clear, well-informed decisions on company policies even in these uncertain times. For over 20 years, Andreas Schönduve has been active in international business on five continents. During this time, he was also able to complete a program of study at the well-respected German Foreign Trade and Transportation Academy (Deutsche Außenhandels- und Verkehrsakademie DAV) in Bremen, Germany.
